At New Edition Fashion, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
